7 years ago, Communities in Bloom, Chinook Credit Union, Eagle Lake Nurseries and The Town of Strathmore formed a partnership aimed at encouraging urban forestry growth and, as well, to celebrate new births in our community.  The forest is located along Green Meadow Drive.  The 2013 Forest will be planted Saturday, May 31 at 10 am. If you are a parent of a child born in 2013, you can register your child for a free tree to be planted in their honour by registering at the Town Office, Chinook Credit Union, Eagle Lake Nurseries or the Strathmore Health Unit.  For more information, please email Melody at melody@peapatch.ca
